I did a painting degree at Wimbledon School of Art followed by a post grad in theatre design at the Slade.

I then taught at secondary level in London and Wiltshire. I have always painted but only recently started sculpting .

I work in Clay and wire, and then cast or fire favourite pieces. My work can be based on stories and myths, often using horses and riders as subject matter, I also work from life.

Movement I find particularly interesting and interactions between two or more characters always intrigue me.I really enjoy the solidity in the work of Marini and Moore , and the movement and line in Rodin and Matisse.

Lynn Baxter My practice ranges from abstract sculpture to painting – sometimes exploring the interface between. Sculptural work spawns paintings,
